The farm’s apple orchard yields a harvest of between four and eight tons of apples. Most of it goes into the production of Pomonadalen’s apple juice, which is then sold to places like Talldungen’s country hotel. The orchard has over 20 apple varieties, and they are picked when perfectly ripe to produce the best possible juice.
